I've used Vista print with great results.

I uploaded a photo. If I recall correctly, they do charge for a photo to be uploaded, but I don't recall how much...maybe $4 or so. I even got someone to help me position it properly so I could fit my name on the front. The back of the card had the rest of the text I wanted.

I have also ordered magnetic calendars for 2 years. They're cool. I didn't do it last year cuz I've been on the injured list, but I wouldn't hesitate doing it again as soon as I'm back on the circuit.

There is another place that makes cards that I used once... they make little stick-of-gum sized cards (approximately). I think it might have been called moo.com or something cutesy like that. Maybe someone else here used them and knows who I'm talking about? Anyway, you can upload as many photos as you like and they will make up a box (or multiple boxes) of cards, divided up based on the # of photos. I thought they were really reasonable too, especially for such a cute little card!
