What is the professional-yet-respectful way to list gigs that the dancer participated in as part of a group?
Merci beaucoup.

If it is on a website resume, I would have a separate section for performances solo and performances with the group.

Re: Publicity when you perform as part of a troupe or dance company:
Wed, May 21, 2008 - 1:32 PMI often rely on the seniority rule...dancers who've been in the troupe longer come before newer members. The exception would be if one of the dancers was a choreographer in which case her name would be listed as such prior to the dancers....Is this what you mean? -

No, but thank you for the feedback...
Thu, May 22, 2008 - 4:54 PMThe history page is specifically for one dancer who used to perform as a soloist and in ensemble at gigs that her (then) teacher was the POC for. Doing solo work at someone else's gig is a whole different kettle of fish from doing your own gig so we wanted to be sure that we were not overstating the dancer's contribution or understating the teacher's contribution. I revised the appropriate events on the history page to match Shay's format and we feel comfortable with the history page now.
Merci!
